ORDERING
  • How do I change my account details?
  • Go to www.prideforever.com Click on Login. Enter your user id and password. Click on User. You can update your account details and click save.

  • I have forgotten my password. How do I retrieve it?
  • In order to retrieve your password, just click on the Forgot Password icon on the login page. The password will be sent by email to your registered email Id.

  • How do I change my password?
  • Go to www.prideforever.com Click on Login. Enter your user id and password.  You can change your password and click save.

  • Can I send a product as a gift to someone?
  • Yes. You will have to provide the billing address of the person while placing the order. The package will be delivered to that address.

  • How will I know Pride Forever has received my order?
  • Once your order has been placed successfully, an email will be sent to your registered email ID giving you the details of the same.

  • How do I redeem my Store Credit?
  • You cannot redeem store credit online. You will have to visit the store where the credit note was generated.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card on this site?
  • All transactions are absolutely safe and secure. We use the best-in-class security and the transactions done are secure. We use SSL data encryption which protects the information from being viewed by unauthorized individuals.

SHIPPING
  • When will I receive my order?
  • Once the order is placed successfully, an email will be sent to your registered email Id giving you all the order, shipment and delivery details.

  • How do I ship to another country?
  • Currently we do not cater to any international shipments.

  • Can I track my order?
  •  You will receive your tracking number in the registered email id, once the package is dispatched.

  • How much tax will I have to pay?
  • The prices mentioned on the website for all the products are MRP (i.e. inclusive of taxes). However, shipping charges will be mentioned separately.

  • What are shipping restrictions?
  • Some locations in India require special documents provided by the government, in order to ship products. Currently, we do not cater to those areas. You can check the shipping feasibility by providing the pincode while shopping online. Currently, we do not cater to international orders.
